Service Description

Process serving involves the delivery of legal documents—such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, and notices—to individuals or businesses involved in a legal matter. This service ensures parties are properly notified in accordance with state and court requirements. There will be 4 attempts to service the individual/ company before a notarized Affidavit of Nonservice is sent. If the individual/ company is served, you will receive a notarized Affidavit of Service. You are responsible for filing the affidavit with the court system. Postings will be fulfilled within 48hours of confirmation meeting.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Service Policy (Legal Version) The following terms and conditions (“Policy”) govern all consultations, services, and deliverables provided by the Service Provider in connection with freelance paralegal and executive assistant services. By scheduling a consultation or engaging services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein. 1. Non-Refundable Consultation Fees All consultation fees are strictly non-refundable, without exception. The consultation fee compensates the Service Provider for time spent assessing the Client’s needs, reviewing materials, and outlining service recommendations. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks shall be issued. 2. Application of Consultation Fee to Final Invoice Should the Client elect to proceed with services following the initial consultation, the consultation fee shall be applied as a credit toward the total amount due on the final invoice. This credit is non-transferable and may be applied only to the project discussed during the consultation. 3. Release of Documents Upon Payment in Full All work product—including, but not limited to, drafts, contracts, forms, correspondence, templates, and completed documents—shall remain the property of the Service Provider until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. No documents shall be released, emailed, printed, or made accessible to the Client until full payment has been received and cleared. 4. Missed Appointments and Rescheduling Missed appointments, including no-shows and cancellations made after the designated cancellation window (if applicable), shall not be rescheduled. The Client shall be required to book a new consultation and pay an additional consultation fee before further services will be rendered. 5. Revisions and Additional Work One reasonable round of revisions may be provided during the initial follow-up meeting at no additional charge. Any further revisions, updates, or modifications requested by the Client after this meeting may constitute additional work and may be billed at the rate of $30 per hour, billed in one-hour increments, unless otherwise agreed in writing. One hour minimum required for additional services.
